Evans Harvey Divorce Solicitors recognise the need, in times of stress, to offer immediate appointments and, wherever possible, we strive to achieve this and will provide empathic advice and assistance to help resolve issues relating to all aspects of Divorce and Separation.

IIf a decision is made that your marriage or civil partnership has irretrievably broken down then we will arrange an initial appointment to advise on the best way forward in divorce proceedings. We will correspond with your husband/wife/civil partner or their solicitor, if they have one, and, provided we are instructed to issue proceedings for you, we will prepare all necessary Court documentation up to Final Order of Divorce.

We will also fully advise you in relation to progressing financial claims within divorce proceedings; however, financial claims or proceedings involving children will not be covered under our fixed fee divorce rate.

Applicant divorce - £500 plus VAT and Court fees.
Respondent divorce - £250 plus VAT.
Separation Agreement –We would discuss with you the suitability of fixed fee.
Change of Name Deed - £100 plus VAT
